The SGD3.7 billion project Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ) was officially launched with a grand opening ceremony on 24 Oct 2019. The event was graced by Lawrence Wong, Minister for National Development and Second Minister for Finance, and Bruce Gosper, the High Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Australia to Singapore.
Developed by Lendlease, PLQ is the latest addition to Singapore’s business and lifestyle hub. Currently, the PLQ workplace is now home to 18 multinational corporations and leading Singapore organisations, including, UOB, Sabre Asia Pacific, Roche Singapore, Obayashi Singapore and Tokyo Electron Singapore.

The 4-hectare development comprises close to 1 million square feet of workspaces in three grade A towers and a standalone shopping mall with a total retail area of approximately 340,000-square feet with over 200 shops. – Construction + Online
