One Holland Village Residences Launched for Sale

Far East Organization, together with its joint venture partners Sekisui House and Sino Group, launched One Holland Village Residences on 30 Nov 2019. Selected residential units were released for sale, and 95 of the total 296 units were sold as of 1 Dec 2019.

One Holland Village Residences will be completed in two phases. The residential zone, comprising serviced residences and One Holland Village Residences, is estimated to be completed by end of 2024. The commercial zone with retail, office and community use is expected to be completed by mid 2022.

Prior to the launch, several key companies have already confirmed their tenancy. Retail companies such as Cold Storage Guardian Pharmacy will provide convenient access to day-to-day grocery and shopping. Additionally, entertainment firms such as The RICE Company Limited and The Projector will bring cultural entertainment programming to the residential space.
