JTC launches two sites under Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme

Singapore, 10 November 2020 – Jurong Town Corporation (JTC) has launched two sites under the second half of the 2020 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme. The launch is part of the government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.

One site is available for tender and another is available for application. Details of the sites and location plans can be found on JTC’s website, summarised as follows:

• Tenure: 20 years
• Tender Closing: 22 December 2020 at 11:00 am

Site available for application:

• Location: Tampines North Drive 5 (Plot 11a)
• Site Area: 0.54 hectare
• Gross Plot Ratio: 2.5
• Zoning: B2
• Tenure: 20 years
• Application Expiry: 31 December 2020 at 11:00 am
