Singapore, 13 October 2021 – The Institution of Engineers, Singapore – Incubator and Accelerator (IES-INCA), Singapore’s deep tech incubator for entrepreneurial engineers, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) as part of the establishment of a new partnership with e27, Asia’s largest tech media platform.
With IES-INCA as a platform connecting the various partners with problems statements, owners of intellectual property (IP) and the engineering talent pool together with e27’s extensive media reach, this partnership will drive greater interest and activities for deeptech start-up and venture development, community building and investments.
The new partnership between IES-INCA and e27 aims to connect engineer-technopreneurs into the local and regional community of active investors, mentors and corporates in the deep tech space.
With its extensive reach to Asia’s tech ecosystem, e27 will get engineering innovators and start-ups ventures in front of ecosystem stakeholders on a global platform through its e27 Pro programme.
To kick off this new partnership, IES-INCA and e27 will jointly host a webinar on ‘Deep Tech Hardware Investor: What founders need to know when engaging investors’ today, 13 October 2021. Hian Goh from Openspace Ventures will share insights on assessment and selection of investee companies.

e27 is a tech ecosystem platform facilitating business matching between start-ups and investors. It is also the resources for entrepreneurs to get visibility for their companies through profiles and thought leadership content.
