More than 500 of the world’s top leaders in real estate and land use will convene at the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) 2017 Asia Pacific Summit, from 6 to 8 June at the Fullerton Hotel, Singapore. International keynote speaker Vivek Wadhwa, author and emerging technologies expert, will speak on technology’s impact on our lives, jobs and businesses.
Other key speakers include Dr Cheong Koon Hean, CEO of the Housing and Development Board Singapore, who will speak on the impact of smart cities; Susan MacDonald, Head of Retail of Mirvac, on the future of retail; Tony Lombardo, CEO of Asia Lendlease, on how to improve the resilience of existing assets and cities; and Ming Z. Mei, co-founder and CEO of Global Logistic Properties (GLP), on how e-commerce is changing retailers’ need for logistics real estate, among many others.
