Walk in The Park

The company requires a facility that can open 24 hours to cater to the company’s rapid growth and demand for reliable space anytime. To optimise comfort, the spatial design simulates a park-like environment where users can move around and feel that they are not confined to a formal office situation.

In response to the brief, the designers introduced a free flow open office with little segregation and much transparency. Upon entering, users can see a grand lobby area flaunting the company’s milestones, a boardroom, and a series of meeting rooms and working pods for two. Altogether, the office units cater to approximately 200 people. A central connection links these units to the layers of shared spaces, all the way to the town hall and cafeteria. Facilities in the building also include a library, a gym, a game room with karaoke, a music room, sleeping pods, a minibar, a children/nursing room, a training room and other multifunctional spaces.
