UNICITY

UNICITY is a multifaceted mixed development that looks set to inject a new vibrancy into the socioeconomic landscape in the vicinity. As the first retail development to embrace the education-sports-leisure concept, the main design criterion for the project was to create a comprehensive lifestyle hub tailored to the needs of tertiary students and the general population; affordable, quality accommodation for the growing number of Mall courtyard undergraduates and young families; as well as a wide range of sports, health and wellness facilities such as futsal court, basketball court, lap pool and gymnasium.

The development’s most definitive feature is the modern lifestyle campus mall, which comprises a post office; travel hub; cybercafés; launderettes; F&B outlets; health and beauty stores; entertainment arenas; and more, with units ranging from 75 to 1,668 square feet. Large retail units on the lower floors are designated for international high-end brands, while medium-sized units and smaller shoplots are located on the higher floors, which will house local or independent labels.

This project is also an award-winning development that received the Highly Commended recognition for the category of Retail Development Malaysia at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015.
