The International Architecture, Interior Design & Building Exhibition (ARCHIDEX) will be back in physical presence from 29 June to 2 July 2022 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre for its 21st edition. It aims to bring together exhibitors and members of Malaysia’s community of architects, interior designers and building industry professionals, including foreign delegates, trade buyers and industry specifiers in the four-day exhibition.
ARCHIDEX 2022, an official event under the Kuala Lumpur Architecture Festival, is jointly organised by the Malaysian Institute of Architects (Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia or PAM) and the business event organiser C.I.S. It will be held in a hybrid exhibition concept together with an online format via ARCHIDEX Online. A series of conferences, forums, talks, product launches and business networking events will bring exhibitors, trade visitors and industry specifiers with business opportunities and insights on the most current industry development.
During the preview held on 26 April 2022, Dato’ Vincent Lim, President of C.I.S and the Asian Federation of Exhibition and Convention Associations, announced a new highlight for the event—the Future City. It is a place that drives vision to reality and encourages future-proof innovations in businesses as well as the way people live, work and play. In addition, the Future City Ideas Competition will champion outstanding future designs of products, technology and sustainable solutions. — Construction+ Online
