The redevelopment of Texaco industrial property in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong into a 50-megawatt data centre by 2026, together with the completion of a 225-megawatt Tsuen Wan West facility within this year, are among the latest projects of Goodman Group to meet the growing demand for digital infrastructure across Asia.
The company is also set to deliver 1,000 megawatts of power in Japan through the construction of a Tsukuba City campus. To this end, the site preparation and infrastructure works have commenced, with a 50-megawatt data centre to be completed in 2026. —Construction+ Online
