The flexible workplace occupies two floors within HKHS’s regional office in Fanling. With a total usable area of 8,000 square feet, it offers private offices; fixed workstations; flexible desks; meeting rooms; a showcase area; and communal space complete with a comprehensive network of technical support services.
Besides the use of green and recycled materials in the design, the venue is equipped with high-speed 5G network; 4K live streaming audio-visual (AV) system; multi-functional robot receptionist; smart phone booth; and more.
The establishment is part of the five-year partnership between HKHS and Cyberport that aims to help local entrepreneurs to complete the proof of concept (PoC) process with subsidies, mentorship and opportunities for field trials—in line with the Government’s efforts in boosting the Innovation and Technology (I&T) ecosystem and smart city development in the Northern Metropolis. —Construction+ Online
