The construction of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Centralized General Research Laboratory Complex (Block 2) has commenced, marked by a ground-breaking ceremony held on 4 November 2022. Spanning an area of 23,987 square metres, the project will comprise a seven-storey Laboratory Complex and the main contract works will include associated site formation; foundation works; superstructure works; fitting out works; electrical and mechanical installation works; external works and landscaping works.
