Themed The Defining Decade for Impact with Tech, the topics highlighted at the knowledge exchange platform comprised the city’s roadmap towards carbon neutrality goals; the integration of energy-saving technologies throughout the life cycles of projects; latest advancements in the field of clean energy; sustainable transport solutions; and related financing.

- Lam Chiu-ying, former Director of the Observatory and Chairman of the Hong Kong Countryside Foundation;
- Professor Wong Kam-sing, former Secretary for the Environment and Chairman of Wu Zhiqiao Charitable Foundation;
- Dr Bill Ho, Co-founder of GRST (the first company in Hong Kong to be awarded the international The Earthshot Prize in the Clean Our Air category); and
