[Media Partner] BuildXpo—the exhibition component of the International Construction Week set for 15 to 17 November 2023—highlights a series of dialogues under the themes of environmental, social and governance (ESG), including the preceding International Construction Transformation Conference (ICTC) to take place from 14 to 15 November 2023.
Leaders of the building industry as well as banking institutions will convene at ICTC to elaborate on best practices and related financial initiatives, alongside case studies on infrastructure design such as Meydan City in Dubai; Kota Seribu Galur in Indonesia; Kuala Lumpur-Singapore high-speed rail; and Penang South Islands. Speakers at the subsequent BuildXpo will extend insights into sustainable materials and project management techniques, covering perspectives from the Malaysia Green Building Council (malaysiaGBC), Malaysian Timber Industry Board (MTIB) and PETRONAS. Among the topics of the open forum are:

- Building Materials Performance and Certifications;
- Offshore Facilities Loadout—Case Study of Jacket Superstructure Loadout by Strand Jacking Skidding Method;
- Cloud-based Contract Administration System for JKR/PWD Standard Form of Contract;
- Innovative Project Management for ESG Excellence: Exploring Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) in Construction; and
- Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC)—Construction of Flood House.
